Initial Meeting

Whether it’s a face-to-face meeting or a teleconference, an initial meeting could be used to exchange company information, discuss broad requirements and establish whether there is potential for a mutually beneficial working relationship.

Sign a CDA

We understand the value of your IP and we will always protect your confidential information. Within two days, we aim to have your CDA signed and sent back to you. If you do not have a confidentiality agreement of your own, click here to download a version from Syntagon. In addition to signing the CDA, all employees of Syntagon sign a secrecy agreement at the beginning of their employment.

Send Us Your Technical Package

Tell us what you need and why you need it. This way we will be able to tailor a service package that will help you go forward with your project in a cost efficient way. If your request involves manufacturing of a compound please send us a technical package or any background information that you may have. Depending on how much development work has been done, a technical package would include experimental conditions involved in the synthesis, yields, analytics and scale. This could be very detailed or as simple as providing a structure and the amount needed. Of course, it is useful for us to receive as much information as you are able to provide. We often suggest having a teleconference at this stage to have a more detailed discussion between our chemists and yours.

Syntagon Sends a Quotation

Once we receive your requirements and the technical package (if available), we aim to have a detailed quotation back to you within one week. This quotation would include costs, timelines, and depending on the project, a detailed technical assessment of the project, the challenges it presents and how we intend to overcome them. We are happy to discuss any technical or financial aspects of the quotation.

You Give Us the Green Light

This can be done in many ways. Attached to all quotations is an order checklist on which you may mark the items you wish to order. You can then sign this form and send it either by email or fax. Alternatively, we are happy to accommodate you if you have an internal process for placing orders.
